I lead a team of collaborative professionals and truly enjoy my work with children, youth, and their families. Our team is passionate, mission-driven, and committed to continued learning and growth.
I hold a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with over 10 years’ experience supporting clients with language delays, motor speech concerns, stuttering, social language difficulties, and empowering families. I also have a special interest in literacy and working with clients across the lifespan helping them to read and write. I am committed to providing evidence-based, relevant treatment.
As a mom of two wonderful girls, my passion for this work continues to grow as I live and breathe the values of Elemenoe in my daily life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my girls hiking, swimming, or cuddled up reading a book!

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10-years of experience using applied behaviour analysis (ABA) with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings. I am passionate about providing evidence-informed therapy services that result in meaningful changes for children and their family.I have a special interest in early intervention and developing school readiness skills. I believe that interdisciplinary collaboration should be one of the founding principles in any intervention plan, which has led to the creation of Elemenoe.
As a mom of two, I understand the importance of the work that we do at Elemenoe and strive to make learning fun, develop practical goals and empower parents to be the best advocate for their children.

I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario with a Masters of Arts in Behaviour Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology. I enjoy supporting families and clients to make meaningful changes in their everyday lives.
I’m particularly passionate about early intervention and helping children build foundational learning skills, communication, school readiness, and social skills, unlocking the door to meaningful connections along the way!
When I am not at the clinic you can usually find me staying active at the gym or outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

At Elemenoe, I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. Drawing on over a decade of interdisciplinary clinical experience, I support clients through evidence-based approaches grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, relational attachment work, and trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and I have extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, developmental trauma, communication disorders and other neurological or sensory disabilities. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I also facilitate caregiver training and consultation opportunities to ensure clients and families receive comprehensive, compassionate support. My professional journey has also included working as both a Communicative Disorders Assistant and a Registered Behaviour Technician, which allows me to bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to my work.
When I’m not in session, you can often find me dancing, listening to music, or playing the daily Wordle… all activities that keep me grounded and energized for the meaningful work I do!I am an Independent Practitioner practicing within the Elemenoe clinic. I look forward to working with you!

I completed a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from India and have extensive clinical experience working with clients throughout the lifespan with communication disorders.
I am passionate about helping clients improve their communication and enhance their quality of life. My experience spans diverse settings, from hospitals to community-based clinics, and I specialize in areas such as neurodiversity-affirming practices, AAC, and program development. I look forward to supporting the Elemenoe clinic as a speech-language pathology assistant.

I entered the field in 2016 and instantly fell in love with it. There’s something special about watching kids light up when they learn a new skill or find a way to communicate that works for them. I’m especially passionate about play-based learning and early intervention because I believe the most meaningful progress happens through joyful, natural moments.
As a mom to a crazy, amazing toddler, I know how busy and sometimes overwhelming family life can be, so I’m committed to making ABA feel supportive, practical, and actually helpful for the whole family :)

I am a Behavior Technician at Elemenoe and am currently working towards my undergraduate honors degree in Psychology with a Research Specialization and a minor in Sexuality, Marriages, and Families at the University of Waterloo.
I love working with kids and am hoping to become a child therapist who specializes in behavioral as well as mental health challenges. When I am not working or studying, you can find me watching my favorite shows on Netflix, hanging out with my friends, or thrifting!

I am a Lead Behaviour Therapist at Elemenoe and am currently working through my Master's of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Western University. I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and Education from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have also recently completed a Postgraduate Honours Certificate in Autism Behaviour Sciences from Durham College.
I have been working in the field of ABA for two years and have worked in both one-to-one and group settings with children ranging in ages from three to eighteen. I have a strong passion for working in the field of ABA, and I take great pleasure in providing clients with an inclusive and encouraging environment where they can excel in various learning opportunities tailored to their individual goals.
When I am not working, you can find me catching up on school work at a local coffee shop or checking out the local farmer’s market.

My professional background includes a Master's degree in developmental psychology, and I have had the opportunity to work with children of different ages and socio-economic backgrounds. Throughout my experience, I have gained an understanding of the unique challenges that each child faces, and how to provide support that is tailored to their needs.

I am a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with over 6 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I fell in love with the field of ABA while completing a student placement in 2018. Being able to support individuals of all ages (and their families) in reaching their goals and developing new skills is a passion of mine!
I have a special interest and developing competency within the area of sexual health. I am currently in the process of completing my Certified Behavioural Sexologist course work. Having the ability to share knowledge, reduce risk of harm, and develop self-advocacy skills with my clients and their families brings me such pride and joy.
When I am not at work, you can find me cuddling with my Bernese Mountain Dog or playing games with family and friends!

With a Master’s in Applied Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science, I bring a deep commitment to supporting children with autism and enhancing their quality of life. As a Supervised Behaviour Therapist at Elemenoe, I work closely with children, creating individualized strategies that encourage development and foster progress. Previously, I served as an Assistant Professor, where I not only taught but also offered counselling support to students, building a solid foundation in both teaching and clinical support.
I have been fortunate to receive Gold Medals in both my Bachelor’s and Master’s studies for topping both the degrees, and I’ve also had the privilege of working with older adults facing dementia and related behavioural challenges. Each experience has reinforced my dedication to behavioural science.
The best part of my work is seeing the smiles and happiness of the children I support. Their progress is my motivation, and the sense of fulfillment I feel from contributing to their growth keeps me inspired every day.

I’m particularly passionate about honoring how a client may be feeling on any given day and giving them the skills to express that in a safe way. This will help them be available for both learning and skill development.
When I am not at the clinic, you can usually find me enjoying outdoor activities and going on adventures with my daughter!

I am a Supervised Behaviour Therapist here at Elemenoe. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology with two minors - one in Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Studies and the other in East Asian Studies. I'm also Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) level 2 certified! I am currently working on getting my Masters of Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis! I'm aiming to become a Behaviour Analyst in the future.
I love working with kids, and I'm passionate about providing neurodiverse-affirming support as well as a strengths-based model of support for learning. I love being able to see my clients' smiles and happiness in our sessions together, as well as seeing their growth and development over time.

With a background in Early Childhood Education from Fanshawe College, I’ve always been drawn to working with children and supporting their growth. My training gave me a strong foundation in child development, building relationships, and creating safe, engaging environments, and I continue to look for ways to keep learning and growing in my role.
I’ve worked as a Supervised Behaviour Therapist for over a year, where I’ve supported children using ABA approaches like DTT, NET, and play-based strategies. I enjoy bringing programs to life in a way that feels meaningful for each child, while also staying organized with data collection and working closely with the team to support progress.
I’ve also worked as an Educational Assistant in both school and family/child centre settings, which helped me build confidence supporting a range of needs and connecting with families.
The best part of this work for me is getting to know each child and finding what clicks for them. Seeing those small moments of progress (and celebrating them) is what keeps me motivated every day.

I am a Supervised Behaviour Therapist at Elemenoe with a post-secondary certification in Autism and Behavioural Science and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. My education has provided me with a strong understanding of ABA principles, person-centred support, and the importance of creating inclusive and meaningful learning experiences for individuals and families.
Over the past two years, I have worked with neurodiverse individuals across school, clinical, and community settings. I have also volunteered within the local community, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in building daily living skills and independence.
I aim to create supportive and engaging environments where children can build communication, daily living, and social skills through positive and individualized support. My future goal is to continue developing my skills in ABA and pursue BCBA certification to further support individuals and families in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, journaling, and exploring new experiences in everyday life. I also love spending time with my cat and finding creative ways to stay organized and inspired.

I am a Supervised Behaviour Therapist at Elemenoe. I am in the last year of my undergraduate honours degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy at Wilfrid Laurier University. I have professional experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities with a range of diagnoses such as but not limited to OCD, Down Syndrome, ASD, FASD, and mood disorders. Additionally, I have years of personal experience with a sibling with Down Syndrome, which has given me an in-depth, compassionate understanding that allows me to foster genuine connections when supporting others with complex needs.
I am dedicated to working with individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages, and am looking forward to continuing this support throughout my Psychology-focused career. I have a strong belief that anyone can achieve goals with the right approach, support, and care.
